Stephanie Freisberg

She knows her way around, no matter how complicated the case seems – and in most cases she finds a suitable solution together with the client. Her main areas of activity include questions of corporate succession and restructuring, the closely related (tax) law issues such as inheritance and company law, as well as inheritance and real estate transfer tax. She leads the tax court processes alone or with colleagues and is the contact person for fundamental questions of labor law. Stephanie Freisberg likes to spend her free time doing all kinds of work in the flower and vegetable garden, hiking in the region or in extraordinary landscapes such as New Zealand or Iceland. As a contrast, her curiosity drives her on city trips through Europe.
